Credit
Applications
We currently do not require
new customers to submit credit applications. To become a customer
simply call our customer hotline 043 ZEOLITE / 04 3936 5483 and place
an order.
Generally
goods are delivered within 24 hours, usually no more than three
days from order except in exceptional circumstances and payment
is requested to be made in full by cheque or electronic funds transfer
within 14 days of delivery.
Most customers cooperate with us and everything works smoothly.
We believe that customers should be seen and treated as true and
honest unless indicated otherwise. We will, and do, however use
the courts and all available means to recover debts should they
become overdue.
Guarantees
Beyond the national and state statutory
rights afforded to consumers within Australia we also guarantee to
refund in full the purchase price of the first pallet of goods supplied
to any direct customer of ours who can demonstrate a legitimate disatisfaction
with the performance of our product if used as prescribed for an advertised
function.
New customers can try
our products without concern, if you find our products don't perform
as prescribed having followed our advice then we won't charge you.
This guarantee is only
offered to those who purchase directly from us, in good faith, who
can demonstrate a reasonable and legitimate concern and is only
valid for three months from date of order.
